From the title, you’ve probably guessed that this is a baking related post. I don’t bake often, nor do I really cook that often. Every year, I make a promise to find recipes and actually make something. Well, every year, this cooking plan fails but, every now and then I go into the kitchen and just do something. It’s super easy too!
You will need:
- 3/4 of a Nutella jar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of softened butter
- 1/3 self-raising flour
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Just add the nutella, egg and butter in the bowl and mix well. Once there is some kind of consistency, add the flour bit by bit whilst mixing. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
To finish it off, I spread nutella between two cookies. I felt that one layer was too thin and I was going for a more chunky feel.
Don’t let your eyes deceive you! It may look like a bunch of lovely brownies, but they are definitely biscuits/cookies.
